There is a light at the end of the tunnel. The crisis will end, the losses will be held and weighed, and the pain will not last if we stick together. We’re in this pandemic together, you, me, the whole world.
And the best way to pull together is for each of us to focus on the light of our own lives. You may not see it now – but the light is there and the flame will grow brighter for it was lit for you.
When an event of this scale threatens our global health and wellbeing it’s human nature to panic and shut down. Many first reactions are a mix of denial and fear. And the way out is to remain positive.
Yes, I know how ridiculous it sounds, as it’s not that easy. Remaining positive can be very difficult. I fight it myself – but that’s the point. We are all fighting this madness at the same time.
And when we focus on the light that our families need, and when we help others we don’t know, our own strength grows.
So, today in this simple thought, let us try together. Focus on your beautiful family. Doing your part at home is the most important thing right now. Keeping your family and yourself well with positive action will affect the whole world.
With love,
Efrona
